LASER CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

Sharp and precise die cutting. Highly focused & precise method of die cutting with ability to complete several intricate tasks simultaneously for each sheet of paper.

Using Laser Tech, you can do all of these:

Cut: From simple to complex, technical cuts and fine ornamental works.
Kiss cut: Meticulous laser control, which can cut the top layers of an adhesive without penetrating the backing paper.
Creasing or Scoring: Never breaks when manipulated (ideal for long runs or prototyping).
Perforate: Perforations are adjustable depending on material and desired effect.
Engrave: Remove print and coating to create stunning visual effects. The use of denser materials can give your products a truly distinctive and special finish.

VARIABLE DATA

Variable Data Printing (VDP) lets us personalize each printed piece, like adding names, addresses, unique codes, or images, without slowing down production. It’s a powerful way to make your invitations, postcards, or marketing materials feel personal and boost engagement with your audience.

We can do this with Variable Data Printing (VDP), also known as variable imaging (VI) or variable information printing (VIP). This technology gives us the ability to change fine details like text or images without interrupting the flow of a job by using data from external sources or databases. This method is extremely useful in data-driven advertising projects like brochures or postcard campaigns when time is of the essence and each item needs to be personalized.
