COT Holdings Limited acquires Moore Paragon Limited

It is with great pride that we announce a significant milestone in our company’s history—October 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of COT. With this milestone comes some important news, going forward Moore Paragon Caribbean Limited will operate under the COT Holdings Limited name.

From our modest beginnings beneath the family home on COT Road, we have steadily grown into one of the region’s foremost providers of commercial print, packaging, and business forms solutions. Over the past five decades, our company has evolved from a small family enterprise into a regional organization, with established operations in Barbados, Grenada, St. Lucia, and Trinidad, serving a diverse and expanding client base thanks to the acquisition of Moore Paragon Caribbean Limited.

As we reflect on this journey, we recognize that our success has been made possible by the confidence and loyalty of our clients and vendors. Your trust has enabled us to weather challenges, embrace innovation, and achieve continuous growth. For this, we extend our sincere gratitude.

In commemoration of this anniversary, we are pleased to unveil our refreshed corporate identity.  Over the coming weeks, you will see the introduction of our new logo, updated colours, and modernized branding across all platforms and communications. Accompanying this rebrand is our new slogan:

“Putting your brand into your customers’ hands.”
